Anemone is an NPC in NieR: Automata. Anemone is the leader of the Resistance, who landed on Earth before the YoRHa Units. She has a steadfast personality and cares for her friends. NPCs are characters aside from the main player character that can be interacted with or encountered during the game. These NPCs provide additional dialogue, information, services, items or additional Quests and rewards when interacting with them. Anemone Information NieR Automata

• She was also a character in the NieR Automata stage play.
• When she first meets 2B at the Resistance Camp, she mistakes her for YoRHa Number Two. She served during the 8th machine war and forward under the leadership of then resistance leader Rose. During the first major battle of the 14th Machine War she encountered the YoRHa team led by A2 during the Pearl Habor assault. The mission was to take out the machine server that was on the island. Despite the loss of most of the people who attended the mission including Rose, Anemone and A2 managed to destroy the machine server and nullify the machine threat of Hawaii. Anemone from then on became the new leader of the Android Resistance
