Resource Recovery Unit - Meat Box is a Location in NieR: Automata. This location is one of three Resource Recovery Units required to clear in order to obtain an Access Key to eventually gain access to The Tower. Locations can be discovered in the game as players progress through the main storyline and quests. Each Location in the game will have its own set of unique interactions, Quests and Characters. Eventually, players will have access to each location's Access Points which can be used to travel back and forth to previously unlocked locations. This is the game's method of Fast Traveling. Resource Recovery Unit - Meat Box Information NieR Automata
This is the first Resource Recovery Unit available to 9S during the Obtain Keys main quest. The first objective will be to Go to the recovery unit in the Forest Zone leading you to this location.
This quest becomes available during route C and players will gain access to 9S as a Playable Character. There will be a few floors to clear, each with waves of Machine Enemies. Players will need to clear the floors to access the elevator and slowly ascend up to reach the Access Key.
"The mysterious tower in City Ruins cannot be hacked, but obtaining the recovery units may change this."
