Resource Recovery Unit - Soul Box is a Location in NieR: Automata. This location is one of three Resource Recovery Units required to clear in order to obtain an Access Key to eventually gain access to The Tower. Locations can be discovered in the game as players progress through the main storyline and quests. Each Location in the game will have its own set of unique interactions, Quests and Characters. Eventually, players will have access to each location's Access Points which can be used to travel back and forth to previously unlocked locations. This is the game's method of Fast Traveling. Resource Recovery Unit - Soul Box Information NieR Automata
This is the second Resource Recovery Unit available to 9S during the Obtain Keys main quest. The quest leads you to this location during the objective, Go to the recovery unit in the Flooded City. This is the next Location on the quest, after cleaning the first Resource Recovery Unit, Resource Recovery Unit - Meat Box.
Players will need to clear this location to eventually gain an Access Key. Once you reach this area, players will need to clear and ascend through the floors to reach the Forest Access Key. On the second floor, you will gain several +6 Chips alongside the weapon, Faith. As you reach the summit, press triangle to interact with the core of the facility, you will enter thehacking space with your body and fight an undisclosed enemy. After you are done, you will obtain Ocean Access Key x1. This will unlock the main quest: Recover NFCS
