Way too late but gonna answer anyway in case someone in the far future has the same problem. Just go back to Chapter 11-03 and play until all Yorhas are stunned by the EMP´s. Now you just gonna jump down as 9S let youself get hit by one of the Emp attacks and kill the stubbys. This should update your unit data
