Alien Mothership is a Location in NieR: Automata. A Location within the City Ruins marked as "???" where players will face both Adam & Eve. Locations can be discovered in the game as players progress through the main storyline and quests. Each Location in the game will have its own set of unique interactions, Quests and Characters. Eventually, players will have access to each location's Access Points which can be used to travel back and forth to previously unlocked locations. This is the game's method of Fast Traveling. The Alien Mothership is a Location that is part of the Main Quests of the story once players reach Chapter 5: Excavated Land. This is where players face both Adam & Eve and have to fight them off until the Combat sequence ends. You reach this location when your objective is to Investigate the flooded area for alien readings.
